Our workers around the world
The 400 DMG workers around the world are our most valuable asset. They help street children and give AIDS orphans a home, set up clinics and pharmacies, treat and care for the sick and offer counsel to those seeking help. They take care of the disabled and the deaf, help refugees and offer children in poor neighbourhoods academic and vocational training. Remote villages are provided with electrical energy, dry areas with wells, in famine areas our workers distribute food and seed. All because we desire to show God's love to people in need.
Presenting Jesus holistically
Presenting the gospel in word and deed is important to us. Having had our lives greatly enriched by God we want to share this wealth, especially with people living on the dark side of life. We see ourselves called of God to serve and to honour Him with our lives. As ambassadors of God’s love we help holistically, attending to the body, the soul and the spirit. DMG workers serve as lecturers, theology teachers, counsellors, pastors, youth workers and as staff of local churches in the countries they live in. Knowing that human life is more than just food and clothing we are convinced everyone should be given a chance to live in the dignity purposed by God. Jesus has restored our dignity, so we cannot hold back from speaking with everyone about Him...
